{"id":239,"date":"2023-05-03T23:45:53","date_gmt":"2023-05-03T23:45:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/isets.org\/?page_id=239"},"modified":"2026-01-11T18:58:42","modified_gmt":"2026-01-11T07:58:42","slug":"membership-information","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/isets.org\/?page_id=239","title":{"rendered":"Membership Information"},"content":{"rendered":"\t<section class=\"section\" id=\"section_1411896576\">\n\t\t<div class=\"bg section-bg fill bg-fill  bg-loaded\" >\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\n\n\t\t<div class=\"section-content relative\">\n\t\t\t\n<div class=\"row\"  id=\"row-1231909296\">\n\n\t<div id=\"col-2064208798\" class=\"col small-12 large-12\"  >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-inner\"  >\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n<h2>Information<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"159\" data-end=\"328\">Any individual or organisation interested in, or concerned with, the energy transition, and who accepts the ISETS Constitution, is welcome to apply for ISETS membership.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"330\" data-end=\"577\">All members of the Society are entitled to participate in activities (including, but not limited to, conferences, workshops and social events) and to access the Society\u2019s publications, subject to the payment of fees as determined by the Committee.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"579\" data-end=\"646\">ISETS members may be admitted into one of the following categories:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"477\" data-end=\"544\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4><strong>For individuals<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"243\" data-end=\"378\">ISETS offers three categories of individual membership, designed to support broad participation while recognising different levels of engagement and contribution to the Society:<\/p>\n<h5 data-start=\"380\" data-end=\"423\"><strong data-start=\"385\" data-end=\"421\">Associate Member (Complimentary)<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"424\" data-end=\"760\">Associate Membership is automatically granted upon registration via the ISETS website. It is open to all individuals with an interest in the energy transition and provides an accessible entry point to the ISETS global network.<\/p>\n<h5 data-start=\"762\" data-end=\"801\"><strong data-start=\"767\" data-end=\"799\">Ordinary Member (Fee-Paying)<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"1550\" data-end=\"1798\">ISETS welcomes individuals to join as fee\u2011paying Ordinary Members, effective immediately. This approach aligns with international practices among professional societies and supports the long\u2011term sustainability and development of ISETS initiatives.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1800\" data-end=\"1979\">A concession rate is available for individuals from <strong data-start=\"1852\" data-end=\"1888\">Least Developed Countries (LDCs)<\/strong>. Eligible applicants are invited to contact the ISETS Secretariat for further information.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1981\" data-end=\"2006\"><strong data-start=\"1985\" data-end=\"2004\">Delegate Member<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2007\" data-end=\"2246\">Delegate Membership is a special category recognising individuals who have made significant voluntary contributions to ISETS. Delegate status is granted by the <strong data-start=\"2167\" data-end=\"2218\">Delegate\u00a0Selection Committee through a nomination process<\/strong>, as defined by the Society.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1244\" data-end=\"1318\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><strong>For organisations<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1435\" data-end=\"1653\"><strong data-start=\"1435\" data-end=\"1460\">Institutional Members<\/strong> are organisations that pay the institutional membership fee.
