The International Society for Energy Transition Studies (ISETS) is now recruiting volunteers worldwide! Whether you are a student, a professional, or an industry expert, we welcome you to join us. ISETS is an international non-profit organization dedicated to promoting energy transition and sustainable development. Volunteer Teams & Responsibilities
- Conference Organization Volunteer Team
- Assist in planning ISETS conferences, forums, and workshops to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage participant registration, provide on-site support, and compile post-event reports.
- Media & Communications Volunteer Team
- Draft press releases, social media content, and promotional materials.
- Manage ISETS social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram) to enhance outreach.
- Maintain media relations, organize interviews, and coordinate press releases.
- Partnership & Collaboration Volunteer Team
- Maintain relationships with ISETS partners, including UN ESCAP, academic institutions, and industry organizations.
- Research potential new partners, assist in drafting proposals, and facilitate collaboration.
- Coordinate guest invitations, receptions, and follow-ups for ISETS partners.
- Knowledge Sharing & Management Volunteer Team
- Manage and promote ISETS’ case library on carbon neutrality and energy transition.
- Collect and analyze global innovations, policy research, and market trends related to energy transition.
- Organize knowledge-sharing events such as seminars, expert talks, and roundtable discussions.

Who Can Apply?
- Individuals passionate about energy transition, climate change, and sustainable development.
- Those with experience in event organization, media communication, project management, or cross-cultural collaboration will be preferred.
- ISETS’ working language is English.
